Operations software for the work that happens after the sale
Winning work is half the job. The other half is scheduling it, doing it, tracking what it cost and getting paid. BusinessPilotOS connects delivery to the money: a job knows its customer, its quote, its expenses and its invoice.

Bookings and jobs, scheduled
A shared calendar shows bookings, jobs and tasks together so nothing is double-booked.
Tasks, projects and time
Break work into tasks, assign people, track time and send timesheets for approval.
Cost and profit per job
Link expenses to a job. Profit is the invoiced amount minus linked costs, never an estimate.
Who it suits
Businesses that deliver work at customer sites or by appointment, where scheduling, time and cost decide profitability.
How the pieces fit
A booking or an accepted quote becomes a job. The job holds the schedule, the people, the time and the linked expenses, and it feeds the invoice. The shared calendar shows bookings, jobs and tasks together, so double-booking is visible before it happens.
Limits to know
Approvals for timesheets and expenses are informational today and not yet enforced by a workflow builder. Staff rostering by shift is not included.
Compared with what you use now
A wall planner and a shared calendar show where people are, not what the work cost. Linking the job to its time, expenses and invoice turns scheduling into something you can measure.
Getting set up
Start with the calendar: add your team, enter this week's bookings and jobs, and assign each to a person. Next, link the expenses you already track to the jobs they belong to. Within a few jobs you will see which work pays and which only fills the diary.
How it works
- 1Accept a booking or accepted quote
- 2Create the job and assign staff
- 3Log time and expenses
- 4Invoice and review profit
