Subprocessors

• Vercel: Hosting and delivery of the website and application
• Supabase: Managed PostgreSQL database that stores workspace records
• Google (Google Maps): Shows a map where a page displays an address, for example the Contact page
• Anthropic: Produces answers for the optional AI Copilot

• Vercel: Pages and requests served to you, including IP address, browser type and request logs. Always.
• Supabase: Account details and every record entered into a workspace. Always.
• Google (Google Maps): The address shown and the visitor's usual browser details, which load directly from Google. Only on pages that show a map.
• Anthropic: The question you ask, recent turns of that conversation, your organisation's name and currency, summary business figures and insights calculated from your records, and the notes saved in your workspace's business memory. Only if the AI Copilot has been enabled on the service, and only when a member uses it.

We use a small number of providers, send each only the data its job needs, and review the list when we add a feature that involves a new provider. Where a provider acts for our customers' workspace data, we remain responsible to you for how we use it.
