Invoice software that always knows who has paid
An invoice is only finished when the money arrives. Here, paid and overdue states are derived from recorded payments and due dates, so the status is never a label someone forgot to update.

Paid and overdue, derived
Record a payment and the invoice updates. Past the due date with a balance, it shows as overdue.
Nothing is silently deleted
Invoices and payments are voided, not erased, so your audit trail stays intact.
Create from quotes or jobs
Skip retyping line items.
Who it suits
Businesses that send invoices regularly and want to know at a glance who has paid, who is late and what each customer owes.
Why status is derived
Paid, part-paid and overdue are worked out from the payments you record and the due date, so an invoice cannot stay marked unpaid after the money arrives or look fine when it is late.
Honest limits
Online card payments are not built yet. Record payments as you receive them. Invoices and payments are voided, never deleted, so the history stays complete.
Compared with what you use now
A template in a word processor cannot tell you what is overdue. When payments are recorded against invoices, the system can show paid, part-paid and overdue without anyone updating a label, and the total owed by each customer.
Getting set up
Set your currency and tax rate, create an invoice from an accepted quote or from scratch, and record each payment against it as it arrives. The overdue list then maintains itself, which is the one view most owners want every Monday.
