Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Please read these terms before using BusinessPilotOS. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and PAPPLE WORLD FZE LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us") for your use of BusinessPilotOS (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and by the people you invite, and for the roles and permissions you give them
- Tell us promptly at support@businesspilotos.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract
3. Using the service
You may use the service for your lawful business purposes and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you must not:
- break the law or others' rights, or enter data you have no right to use
- try to access another business's workspace or data, or probe, scan or test the service's security without our written permission
- overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or misuse it to send spam or malware
- resell or give access to the service in a way we have not agreed to
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, or to protect the service or other users.
4. Your data
You own the records you put into your workspace. You give us permission to host, process and display them only as needed to run, secure, support and improve the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and who processes it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, for having the right to enter your customers' and staff's personal data and for telling them how you use it, for the tax rates and amounts you enter on quotes and invoices, and for your own legal, tax and accounting obligations. The service helps you prepare and track documents but is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
BusinessPilotOS records payments and invoices. It is not a bank or a payment processor, and it does not move money.
5. AI features
AI recommendations and the optional Copilot work from your own records and may be wrong or incomplete. Nothing is sent to your customers automatically. A person on your team decides whether to approve any action. Check important outputs before relying on them. When the Copilot is used, the data described in our Privacy Policy is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer.
6. Free tools and demo
The free calculators, generators and demo are provided for convenience and illustration. The sample data in the demo is fictional. Results from the tools are not professional advice, so check them before you rely on them.
7. New and changing features
The service is still growing. Some modules are newer than others, and features may change, be improved or be removed. We will not remove access to your own records without notice, except where the law or security requires it.
8. Plans and fees
You can start free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing paid will apply to you without your agreement.
9. Our property
The service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them other than the right to use the service as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without owing you anything.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on providers we do not control, such as hosting, database, mapping and AI providers, listed on our Subprocessors page. We are not responsible for a provider's own failures, but we choose providers with care and remain responsible for how we use them.
11. Availability
We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, which may briefly affect availability.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account at support@businesspilotos.com. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we do, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data unless the law or security prevents it. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability and governing law, continue after your use ends.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer or data protection law gives you other rights.
16. General
These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, and will tell you if that happens.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will notify account holders by email or inside the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
