Permissions that match real roles
Owners, managers, accountants and field staff see only what their role allows. Access is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

What is included today
Customers, leads and opportunities, quotes, bookings and jobs, invoices and payments, expenses and job costing, tasks and projects, a shared calendar, time tracking and approvals, a service desk, business insights, and an AI assistant that recommends and never acts without approval.
What is not there yet
Online card payments, a customer portal and a custom workflow builder are planned but not built. Payments are recorded as they are received. If one of these is essential for you, ask before you switch.
