A CRM that connects to quotes, jobs and invoices

A CRM that stops at the contact list leaves you re-entering everything once a deal is won. BusinessPilotOS follows the customer all the way to payment, so the CRM shows what was sold, delivered and paid, not just who called.

Lead to customer in one click

Convert a qualified lead and its details carry over, with no retyping.

Pipeline by stage

Track opportunities from proposal to won or lost and see the weighted value of what is open.

Everything on the customer

Quotes, bookings, invoices and payments sit with the customer record.

Who it suits

Service businesses that win work through enquiries and quotes and want one place to see the whole customer relationship, from first call to final payment.

How a deal moves

A lead is qualified and converted into a customer, an opportunity tracks the deal by stage, a quote prices it, and an accepted quote becomes a booking or a job and then an invoice. Each step reuses the same customer record.

Honest limits

There is no contact import yet, so add customers directly or keep your spreadsheet as the source for old records. Email sync and a customer portal are not included.

Compared with what you use now

A contact list in a phone or a spreadsheet records who people are. A CRM that is linked to quotes, jobs and invoices also records what was offered, delivered and paid, which is the part you need before the next call.

Getting set up

Add your current leads and customers, set the stages your deals actually pass through, and create an opportunity for each live deal. From then on, send quotes from the opportunity so the outcome is recorded where you will look for it.

How it works

  1. 1Log a lead from any source
  2. 2Qualify and convert
  3. 3Create an opportunity
  4. 4Send a quote and track the outcome
