How it works
- Enter your business and customer details and an invoice number
- Add each item with quantity and unit price
- Enter the tax rate that applies to you, or leave it blank for none
- Print or save the preview as a PDF
Worked example. Two lines of 2 × 50.00 and 1 × 30.00 give a subtotal of 130.00. With a 5.00 discount and 10% tax on the remaining 125.00, tax is 12.50 and the total is 137.50.

Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no watermark, and the invoice is built in your browser, so the details stay on your device.
Does it work out tax for me?
It applies the rate you type. It never assumes a rate, because the right rate depends on where you operate. Check with your accountant.
Can I save my invoices?
